Alberto B. Aldaco Sr., 68, passed away September 2, 2023, in a Pasadena, Texas hospital after a short illness. He was preceded in death by his parents: Margarita Gonzales and Jose Abel Mungia Aldaco Sr. (Florencia), his brothers: Jose M. "Joey" Aldaco Jr.,, Enrique Flores; his sisters: Gloria Flores and Sally Jo Flores.

Anyone who knew our dad knew he was such a jokester! Never a dull moment when he was around, that's for sure! One thing he loved to do was to sing and play the acoustic guitar! Some of his most favorites to sing and play were Rose Colored Glasses, Stairway to Heaven, On the Road Again, Lucille, and Elvira. As children, that was one thing we loved. He was always making people laugh by cracking jokes, or singing, and he loved his Cheetos Puffs and chocolate!

Survivors include his children: Amy J. Aldaco-Freeman (Janell) of Walker, LA, Christina M. Aldaco- Dilan (Ismael) of Houston, TX, Alberto B. Aldaco Jr. (Fran) of Spring, TX, Christopher L. Aldaco (Crystal) of Pasadena, TX, 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Also surviving, brothers: Jose "Tino" Aldaco Jr., Miguel "Mike" Aldaco of Grapevine, TX, Andres "Taco Bell" Aldaco, Jessie "Negro" Aldaco of Fort Worth, TX, and Tony Aldaco of Oklahoma City, OK.; Joseph Flores Jr.three sisters: Jesusa Pina of Alice, Texas, Aracelia Herrera of Dallas, Texas, and Amalia Vasquez of Grapevine, Texas.

Special thanks to our father's niece and nephews: Letty, Jose, Jaime, Fransico, and Ricardo Aldaco.

His body will be laid to rest next to his beloved brother, Jose aka "Joey", at the Saint Louis Cemetery in Custar, Ohio.
