Linda M. Benoit, age 76, of Bourbonnais, passed away August 31,2023 at her home. She was born on May 8th, 1947 in Kankakee to Irwin and Ethel (Savoie) Pearce. Linda married Carl Benoit on September 1st, 1990 in Arcola. He precedes her in death as of January 28th, 2008.
Linda was a devout Catholic who adored her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She enjoyed watching and chatting about her favorite sports teams, which included Univ. of IL, Notre Dame, the Chicago Cubs, Bears, and Bulls.
Linda was a member of Maternity BVM for over 40 years, Moose Lodge Chapter 143 and the Manteno Sportsmen's Club...
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, sister Nelda(Nel) Pearce, and two brothers Richard(Dick) and Lawrence (Larry) Pearce.
A graveside service will be held at All Saints cemetery in Bourbonnais on Friday, September 8th, 2023 at 11am. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Maternity BVM church or Catholic Charities.
