Lena Lasher, 80, of Adrian died Friday, Jan. 27, 1984, at the Chicora Medical Center. Born May 11, 1903, in Washington Township, she was a daughter of Brady and Catherine (Croyle) Wolfe. Survivors include five sons, William, James and Edward of Kittanning and Wade and Paul of Adrian; a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Mildred) Beatty of Kittanning RD 1; a half-sister, Mrs.Charlotte Klodish of Brookville; 13 Grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Lasher, in 1970; two sons, Charles and Thomas Jr.; four brothers; and three sisters. Lasher-Frends of Lena Lasher, 80, of Adrian who died Friday, Jan. 27, 1984, at the Chicora Medical Center will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, Cowansville, and from 1 p.m. until a 2 p.m. Monday service at Montgomeryville Baptist Church. Officiating will be the Rev. MichSutberry church pastor and the Rev. Thomas Kidder, pastor of the Brush Vally Brethren Church. Burial will follow in the Mongomeryville Baptist Cemetery. Arrangements are by Snyder.
