Pierre B. Pigeon, 82, 0f Scranton, ND, passed away on April 17, 2023 at the Southwest Healthcare Long Term Center in Bowman.

Pierre Pigeon was born on August 13, 1940 in Vancouver, WA, the son of Leo and Inez (Wombesdorf) (CORRECTION: WOMELSDORF) Pigeon. As a young boy Pierre moved with his family to Florence, OR in 1945 where he was educated. In 1958, Pierre enlisted into the United States Navy and was honorably discharged in 1961. In 1993 Pierre and Lois Ronning were married in Eugene, OR, where they made their home until moving to Scranton in 2003.

Pierre is survived by his wife, Lois Pigeon, son John (DeeDee) Pigeon and granddaughter; Cassie, 1 Niece Adeda Thompson, cousin (CORRECTION: NIECE), Barbara (Larry) McGill, step-children; Rex (Jackie) Sadler, Mona Patrick, Jim Sadler and Patty Askew. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
