Passed away following a brief illness on August 30, 2023 at the age of 59. Devoted father of Carissa Jo Congdon; beloved son of Rita (nee Bailie) and the late William J. Congdon; dearest brother of Robert, David (Marcia Ann) and Amy (Joe) Matteo; loving companion of Deborah Spatz; he will be sadly missed by many cherished nieces, nephews, family, and friends. The family will be present Tuesday from 5-7 PM at the Zurbrick-AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, 5615 Broadway, Lancaster, where a Funeral Service will immediately follow at 7 PM. Friends invited.
