Mrs Boon died Thursday morning following a short illness. Rev. J. L. McQueen will officiate at services in the First Assembly of God Church.
Burial will be in Flower Mound Cemetery under direction of Dalton Ritter Funeral Home. Mrs. Boon was born June 1899, in Mississippi and came to Lawton in 1906 with her parents. She was married to Charley Hix in Marlow.
Mr. Hix n 1954 and she married F. R. Boon in 1960. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church. Mrs. Boon is survived by her husband, of the home; two Charles Hix, Lawton, and Lee Hix of Kingfisher; step-daughter, Mrs. Flo Hill, one stepson, A. L. Boon of Enid; one brother, Bill DeVore of Mooreland; three sisters, Mrs. Lorene Barbee, Mrs. Harriet Stine, and Mrs. Myrtle Edwards of Fresno, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
