Sina married John R.(Robert?) Lynch date unknown, state unknown, and they came to Texas by 1830. They lived in Jasper County and when the Sam Rayburn Reservoir was built and they lost their land. John R. and his sons filed a lawsuit. The lawsuit remained unsettled until about the late 1970s I believe and finally the oldest remaining relative of one of the ones who sued was awarded what the lawyers left when the courts finally settled. It matters not what people have the government can take it anytime they want
Note: it is believed that John R. Lynch was buried on land that the Sam Rayburn Dam is over.
