If anyone knew Joe, they knew about his love for chinchillas and how he raised them. Joe would spend his professional life being a manager for TG&Y and would be a contractor for building homes on Grand Lake. Joe has called Stilwell home for the last five years.
Those left here to cherish Joe's memory is his wife Ruby Wallace Brown, his three sons Bill Brown, John Brown, and Steve Brown of Grove, Oklahoma; sister Myrna Bull of Chicago, IL; and seven grandchildren.
Joe wouldn't want anyone to be sad for too long. He would want everyone to remember the laughter, love, and memories.
