Son of Alton F Bagley, Sr. and Estress Jackie Baxter Bagley. He owned and operated A and B Trucking. He served in the U.S. Army, and was a member of the Adairsville American Legion Post 245, and Adairsville Lions Club. He served on the Adairsville City Council for over 14 years, including serving as Mayor Pro Tem. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Darlene Cox Bagley; and sisters, Jeanette Mealer and Billie Ann Stewart. Survivors include his daughters, Lorry Brock and husband, Bruce and Tilisa Massey; grandchildren, Christopher Boston (Jessica), Priscilla Wilson, and Bethany Camisassa (Andrea); great-grandchildren, Katherine Darlene Fields, Damien Mason Fields, Julian Alexander Hernandez, Rosie Marie Hernandez, and Clio Skye Camisassa.
