Kaye was born September 4, 1945, to Joe Thomas & Myrtle Jackson Fizer. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Charlotte, and she cherished being a mother and spending time with her family.
Visitation will be 12 noon Sunday until service time at the Spann Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be conducted at 3 pm Sunday August 27, 2023, from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery
