Sharon loved her family and spending time with them, especially her grandkids. She liked playing cards with them, even more so when she won, and was always the designated babysitter for one of her grandchildren. Sharon was a great baker and her family always loved the delicious things she would make. She also enjoyed watching her soap operas and really liked the show "Heartland".
Surviving Sharon are her daughters, Sandra Ailles of Stanton, Denise (Jeff) Cope of Ionia; sons, William Latoski of Clare, Louie Latoski of Stanton, Arthur Latoski Jr. of Stanton, Floyd (Heather) Latoski of Elm Hall; grandchildren, Seth Booth of Sidney, Cameron (Autumn) Booth of Crystal, Logan Booth of Edmore, Falisha (Dakota) Wright of Greenville, Aaron (Stephanie) Finney of Edmore, Christopher (Amanda) Finney of Washington; Albert (Nicki) Finney of Elwell, Keegan Finney of Lakeview, Chase (Dalicia) Finney of Ionia, Rachelle Latoski of Detroit, Bridgett (Christopher) Foster of Clare, Thomas (Shana) Latoski of Stanton, Floyd Latoski Jr. of Elm Hall, Jewel Latoski of Sheridan, Bailey Latoski of Mt. Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Art Latoski; grandson, Joseph Latoski; siblings, Dennis Friend, David Friend, Larry Friend, Barbara Latoski, Bernice (Pat) Ralph, James Friend, Linda Miller, Roger Rainey, Merlene Friend; and her parents, Floyd & Betty (Day) Friend.
Sharon's life is being celebrated at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Stanton (225 W. Cedar St.) with a visitation on Wednesday, August 23rd from 4 to 7 PM. Funeral ceremonies will be held at the Simpson Family Funeral Home on Thursday at 11 AM.
