Jerome Diver.
Jerome Diver, for over 20 years an employee of the Michigan Central railroad, died at his home, 125 west North street, a t 6:30 Sunday morning after an illness of two months, at the age of 59 years. As car inspector of the Michigan Central in Kalamazoo, Mr. Diver was well known among railroad men of the state. Jerome Diver was born in New York state and came to Kalamazoo 28 years ago. He leaves a wife and one daughter, Mrs. William Wilson of this city, four brothers, M. L. Diver of Grand Rapids, H. R. Diver of this city, W. Diver of South Bend and Edwin N. Diver of this city; also three sisters, Mrs. Lettie Burkhardt, Mrs. C. McKiller and Mrs. Ida Curtiss, all of Marshall, and a stepmother, Mrs. Mary Middleton, also of Marshall. Funeral services will be held a t the home at 3 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery. Kalamazoo Evening Telegraph February 10, 1908 page 8
