James Dennis, one of the best known farmers of Zurich and highly esteemed in North Lyons, died Sunday at his home near Zurich after being stricken with apoplexy. He had previously suffered two attacks of the disease. Mr. Dennis was 72 years of age and a large part of his life had been spent in the vicinity in which his last home was. He is survived by one son and one daughter, The funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, Rev.Matthew Gaffney of Williamson officiating.
