Vernon Stanley Eddlemon, 90, passed away peacefully at home February 2, 2023. He was born the third of four sons to Charles and Ellen (Weatherford) Eddlemon on October 15, 1932, in Dalhart, Texas. He moved to Arizona at age two. He attended high school at Arizona Academy, advanced education at Phoenix College, Arizona State College (ASU) and La Sierra University prior to attending Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where he graduated in 1960. He served in the Korean War as a Combat Medic. He married Dorothy (Dottie) Rasmussen of Phoenix in 1955. He and Dottie moved to Tempe, where he practiced general dentistry for 52 years. He belonged to many organizations including several dental associations, societies, and alumni organizations, Rotary International, a charter member of the ASU Sun Devils Club, and served in the US Army Reserve, retiring as a Colonel. He was an active and devoted member of the Tempe Seventh-day Adventist Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, daughter Sheri Clem, and granddaughter Kassie Clem.
