Beloved husband, Loved father and Proud Grandpa.
Fondly remembered by many friends and other family members.
Albert is predeceased by his parents George and Nellie Branscombe, in-laws Delancey and Hope Foster, infant son Brian Michael Branscombe and granddaughter Jessica Laxson.
Albert came to Douglas Point in September of 1968, retiring from Bruce B in 2001. But his career and education as a Nuclear Operator was only a small part of who Albert was. Albert was creative, smart, strong and a "doer". All his life he had some type of business on the side, to keep him busy. He owned and operated Sound System 70 for approximately 25 years, keeping the music turning in Bruce County. Albert owned an antique 1978 GMC motor home for which he invented and patented a parking brake kit. Albert made and sold these kits all over the United States. This busy man enjoyed tinkering in his basement and the company of his family and friends. He will be remembered by his community and all those who knew him.
Following Albert's request cremation has taken place, with private family arrangements at a later date.
Final resting place Argyle Cemetery, Argyle New Brunswick.
Memorial donations to the Huron Shores Hospice or Canadian Cancer Society as expressions of sympathy are appreciated.
