Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Colatrella, in 2001. She is survived by her 4 children and their spouses: Gina (David) Carver, Renee (Steven) Brightman, Nicholas (Stacy) Colatrella, Donna (David) Monk; sister-in-law Geralyn (Richard) DiMarco; 7 grandchildren: Shawn and Samantha Carver, Mathew Brightman, Alice and Anthony Colatrella, Hayden and Brody Monk; nephew Richard DiMarco; nieces Nicole and Gianna DiMarco.
Lucille lived for her family. Nothing was more important than keeping traditions and taking family vacations. She looked forward to when all 21+ of us were together. Mom was always there to support her children in any way. She spoke to them on a daily basis and cherished their visits. Near or far, they were her heart and soul. Grandma could be found at graduations, softball/soccer games, and other activities in heat, cold, and rain. At home, she played games and watched movies with them. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. Aunt Lucille never forgot her NJ family. Her in laws were siblings and her nephew and nieces were grandchildren. Her love for them was felt across the miles. Lucille also loved the canine family members, and they loved her.
Lucille was a cherished friend, always there to support others with a helping hand or a listening ear. For the last 20+ years, she relished her weekly get together where they shared snacks and camaraderie. Traveling and playing slots at the casino were at the top of her Fun List.
