Hazel Clark, 81, of North Apollo died Friday, Jan. 4, 2008, in Indiana Regional Hospital, Indiana, Pa. She was born July 31, 1926, in North Apollo to the late Marlin and Sadie (Munson) Shriver and lived in North Apollo all of her life. Mrs. Clark was a cafeteria worker in the North Apollo and Apollo Elementary schools before retiring in 1982, a member of North Apollo Church of God and a former member of the North Apollo Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Also predeceased by her husband, Samuel D. Miller, in 1974; brothers Earl, James and George Shriver, and sisters Edna and Dollie Held, Dorothy Bowser and Fonda Shriver. Wife of Robert T. Clark. Mother of Terry L. (Phyllis) Miller of Indiana, Pa., and Samuel L. (Kim) Miller of North Apollo. Stepmother of John (Donna) Clark of Indianapolis and Bonita (Joseph) Blanchard of Annapolis, Md. Grandmother of Maria J. and Samuel J. Miller of Indiana, Pa., and Jordon S. and Joshua S. Miller of North Apollo. Stepgrandmother of Caitlin Clark of Indianapolis. Sister of Arlie Shriver of Mineral Ridge, Ohio; Ruth Farayer of Niles, Ohio, and Robert Shriver of Warren, Ohio. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the CURRAN-SHAFFER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY INC., 100 Owens View Ave., Apollo, where services will be at 10 a.m. Monday with Pastor Robert Shallenberger officiating. Burial in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
