Lori Ann Miller Clark 32 of Lebanon, died Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon.
Born in Indianapolis on May 6, 1975, she was the daughter of the late Gerald Wayne Miller and Cathy Lee (Land) Miller, who survives in Lebanon.
She was reared and educated in Indianapolis and Boone County and she graduated fromm Western Boone High School in 1993. She studied at PCI in Indianapolis and became a Certified Nursing Assistant. She was formerly married to Kenneth Clark. She was married a second time to Matt Coryell.
Survivors are also daughters Madison Bell Coryell and Abigail Faith Murtz, both of Lebanon; a brother, Gerald Wayne Miller II of Lebanon; Grandparents James(Red) and Mary Ellen Miller of Lebanon and uncles Tim, Jim and Rick Miller.
