She entered heaven, August 2, 2023, in McKinney, TX, after a valiant fight with cancer. She was 52 years young.
Michelle has always been a rare soul, generous, witty, loving, kind, and valued taking care of her family. She remained devoted to her role as a daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother, Grammy, Cousin, Aunt, Niece, and confidant.
Her first son Kodi McNeil came along in 1990. In 2000, she married the love of her life, Donald B., and together they had two children; Brock Ashton, who was born in 2001, and Sydney Skye, in 2008.
Michelle rang the bell of remission on November 30, 2022. The heartbreaking diagnosis of stage four cancer was given in July, which took her life in only 2 weeks.
She was survived by her husband Don, mother Iris L. Allison, her brothers Darren and wife Kim, Brad and wife Teri, her children Kodi McNeil and wife Bethanie, Brock Ashton and fiancé Emily, and Sydney Skye, her grandchildren Jameson McNeil and Journey Jonell, as well as numerous loved ones. All of whom she held close to her heart.
Michelle was preceded in death by her father Dee E. Allison, grandparents Lester W. and Thelma L. Rice, Ernest D. and Nelda F. Allison, in addition to, several loving aunts and uncles, and a cousin.
Visitation will be held at 1:00PM Friday, August 11, 2023, at Scoggins Funeral Home Chapel, with a Funeral Service immediately following at 2:00PM with Rev. Mark Fletcher, officiating. Burial will follow at the Van Alstyne Cemetery.
