Will A. Overton, 761 Breedlove, candy salesman, died at 9:15 o'clock yesterday morning at St. Joseph's Hospital following a major operation. He had been ill for only a few days. He was 56 years old.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lula Alsop Overton; a son, James Hood Overton, Chicago; four sisters, Mrs. Ernest Williamson, Mrs. Alice Buffalo, Mrs. Jim Smith, Mrs. Minnie Crutchfield; three brothers, Albert, Robert and Peter Overton, all of Bells, Tennessee.
