Dorothy M. Brunson of Lafayette, passed away on July 22, 2023 at Rosewalk Village. She was born May 17, 1926, in Secor, IL, to the late Homer and Olga (Allen) Bridges.
On April 18, 1948, she married Robert A. Brunson in Lexington, IL and he preceded her in death.
She had been a member of the Lions Club, in Denver.
Surviving are her daughters Bonnie Tarvin and Roberta Iden, 2 granddaughers, 2 great-grandsons, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and her brother; Larry Bridges.
Dorothy was preceded in death by siblings Helen Breach, Evelyn Montgomery, and Charles Bridges.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel in Lafayette.
