Kathleen Marie (Bennett) Niemann, 73, passed away of a chronic illness on July 19th, 2023 in Jeffersonville, IN. She was born on August 24, 1949.

She loved cooking, reading and having her cocktails. She also loved living on the river for over 45 years and spending time with family.

She is proceeded in death by her father Clayton J Bennett, mother Mary Jane Bennett, brother Gregory Bennett.

She Is survived by her son William Niemann (Kristie); daughter Karisa Harbin (Michael); ex-husband Terry Niemann; grandchildren Abbygail Brown (Patrick), Emily Harbin, Madilyn Jones (Eli), McKenna Harbin, Olivia Burton, Jace Burton; great-grandchildren Colton, Magnolia and Walker; sister Beverly Shane (Emmett); nieces Sarah Phillips, Jessica Crane (Jason); nephews Dax Ogden, Emmett Shane Ill, aunt Connie Pace as well as her grandnieces and nephews Tori, Ashlyn, Katelyn, Kendall and Clayton.

Per her wishes she chose cremation and no visitation.
