Carl A. "Butch" Newcomer, 46, of Hershey, died Sunday in the Beebe Medical Center, Lewes, Del. He was a self-employed carpenter and a graduate of Hershey High School. Surviving are a daughter, Nicole Newcomer, and his mother, Elva Keller Newcomer. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in First Evangelical Congregational Church, Palmyra. Burial will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery, North Londonderry Twp., at the convenience of the family. Viewing will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday in the church. Arrangements are being handled by Hoover Funeral Home, Hershey. Memorial contributions may be made to First Evangelical Congregational Church, West Main and College streets, Palmyra 17078.
