Wayne E. Sheppard, 62, Phoenix area manager for the Vegetable Harvesting Co. of San Bernardino, until retiring in 1958, died Monday in Good Samaritan Hospital.
Mr. Sheppard, 2202 N. 25th Place moved to Phoenix from San Bernardino in 1946.
He was born in Sulphur Springs, Tex.
Services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Mercer Mortuary, 1541 E. Thomas.
Friends may call there from 2 to 10 p.m. today.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Frances; four sons, Kenny of San Miguel, Robert of Wilcox, Wayne Jr. of Louisville, and Claude of Newport Beach, and five grandchildren.
