Fanny was born at Marshalls Corner, Hopewell Twp., Mercer Co., NJ, the daughter of David S. Hill and Ann Sutphin. She married first to William H. Riley on 9 Nov. 1870 in Hopewell Twp. She married second to Dr. John B. Garrison on 9 Nov. 1921 in Hopewell, Mercer Co.
