Berniece Austin Williams, 97, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2009 after a short illness. Mrs. Williams was a native of Swainsboro, GA, but lived most of her life in Savannah, GA, until moving to Virginia to live with her daughter and son-in-law. She was a member of White Bluff United Methodist Church in Savannah. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Nelson Austin, her second husband, Charles E. Williams, her 22 year old grandson, Gregory Scott Bush, her parents and four brothers.
