Mrs. Rachel Chenoweth
Mrs. Rachel M. Chenoweth, 93, of 442 N. Grove, died Thursday morning at a local hospital.
Mrs. Chenowth was born May 4, 1864, in Indiana and came to Wichita from Ava, Mo., three years ago.
She is survived by on daughter, Mrs. Eva Doty, Los Angeles, Calif.; and three sons, Blaine, Columbus, Kan.; Zelzia, Kansas City, Mo.; and Claude Shaver, 860 N. Custer.
Funeral services will be held at Culbertson Mortuary Chapel at 2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Charles W. Shumway of Douglas Avenue Assembly of God Church, officiating. Burial will be at Mayfield, Kan., cemetery.
