Thomas M. Davidson, 76, passed away at 7:33 a.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Mercy Health St. Rita's Medical Center.

Thomas was born on December 9, 1946, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Evan and Ethel (Mayer) Davidson.

On July 18, 1998, he married Sherri (Mason) Davidson, who survives in Lima.

Thomas worked for Allied Environmental Services. He loved riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle and playing drums at church. He also enjoyed reading the Word and going to church. He especially enjoyed his grandchildren's sporting events.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Josh (Melanie) Davidson, Travis Davidson, Carrie (Rafael) Kerr, Justin (Amber) Kerr, Brian Davidson; fourteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren plus one on the way; and siblings, Cindy (Mark) Ellis and Patty Sharp.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Creed Hopkins.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Monday, July 10, 2023, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio. A funeral service will follow 12 noon. Pastor Mark Gordon will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
