Idella M. Shover, 92, of Eldorado, died Tuesday, Feb. 26, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton. Born Jan. 28, 1910, in Brookville, she was the daughter of the late Noah and Clara (Shoemaker) Haupt. Mrs. Shover was a member of Eldorado United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hobart "Butch" Shover, in 1996; a daughter, Marcia Kwolek, in 1999; a brother, Bud Haupt; and a sister, Agnes Lynch.

Survivors include a son-in-law, Bob Kwolek of Fairborn; grandson and wife,Robby Kwolek of Dayton; great-grandson, Cory Kwolek of Dayton; brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Jean Haupt of Brookville; sisters and brother-in-law, Irene Allford of Brookville, Naomi and Frank Flory of Dayton; a sister-in-law, Dottie Haupt of Trotwood; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were Friday, March 1, at Bussard-Barnes-Vaniman Funeral Home, Eldorado, with Pastor Tung Za Pau officiating. Burial was in Arlington Cemetery, Brookville. Condolences may be sent to the family via e-mail to [email protected].
