Alexander "Al" G. Adduci, 88, of Indianapolis went to meet his wife, Linda, in Heaven Thursday, March 2 at Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, Indiana. He was born January 2, 1935, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late John and Ethel "Goetz" Adduci.

Al married his wife Linda, and together raised four children. He worked in warehouses most of his life until retirement. Al was a hard worker and provider for his family. He was an avid Chicago sports fan, from the Cubs and Bears to the Bulls and Blackhawks, he was always rooting for the home teams. He spent many hours fishing, his favorite spot being Minong, Wisconsin where there was a secluded family fishing spot, usually with his son John at his side. Al was a wiz when it came to creating Chicago style deep-dish pizza. He loved his family fiercely and will be deeply missed by all.

Al will be remembered by his children, Rebecca "Becky" (Dave Edwards) Porter, John (Nan) Adduci, Melissa (Ken Adams) Adduci, and Dina (Michael) Adduci Stout; grandchildren, Christopher, Alyssa, Ronnie, and Maria; great grandchildren, Tyler, Kayla, Jaden, John; niece, Vanessa Adduci; and nephew, Vance Adduci.

In addition to his parents and wife, Al was preceded in passing by his brother, Robert Adduci.

Family will receive friends from 11:00am – 3:00pm Saturday, March 18 at Indiana Memorial Funeral Care & Cremation: 3562 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46222, with service to follow at 3:00pm; Reverend Danny Thomas to officiate.
