Mary Hellen Bright, 76 of Crestview, Fla., passed away on Thursday, September 11, 1997 at the home of her daughter. Mrs. Bright was born in Vanceboro, N.C., and had lived in Crestview for the past 22 years. She attended the Evangel Temple Church in Crestview. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Earl and Dianne Bright of Altha, Fla.; three daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and Nick Ledbetter of Pensacola, Fla., Judy and Joe Cascone of Pensacola, Fla., and Gwinn and Mike Nolan of Holt, Fla.; two special daughters-in-law, Betty Bright, and Theda Bright Todd both of Holt, Fla.; two sisters, Elma Clark of Newport, N.C., and Inez Hudson of Vanceboro, N.C.; four brothers, James Tripp of New Bern, N.C., Joe Tripp of Vanceboro, N.C., Raymond Tripp of Kinston, N,C, and Doug Tripp of Kinstort, N.C.; four half sisters, Dee Manning of Swainsboro, N.C., Pauline McCowan of Salisbury, N.C, Carol Jones of Kinston, N.C, and Gloria Tripp of Kinston, N.C; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
