Dorothy Eloise Doss, 83, died Monday, June 8, 2015, at Standifer Place, Chattanooga. She was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and was of the Baptist Faith. She received her beautician license at 14 years old and owned her own beauty shop in Graysville until the age of 69. She loved collecting quilts. She was a great mother, grandmother, aunt and friend that was loved by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Mollie Everett; husband, William "Bill" OBrien Doss; sisters, Ruby James, Pauline Cunningham and Thelma Amar; brothers, J.P. Everett, Billy Joe Everett, Chester Everett, Raymond Everett and Earl Everett. SURVIVORS' NAMES REMOVED FOR PRIVACY. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Jackson and the Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald officiating. Burial in Rhea Memory Gardens. Visitation 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
