MARGARET V. TURNER, Oklahoma City, slipped away to heaven to be with her Lord, Friday, March 22, at the age of 80. She was born June 25, 1915 in Woodland Mills, Tennessee, to H. T. and Fanny McDaniel. She was a 1933 graduate of Guthrie High School. On May 22, 1939, she married C. M. "Dick" Turner, who remained her loving, devoted husband throughout their 57 years together. Margaret was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing bridge with her many friends. She was a devoted Christian and an active member of the Baptist Temple Church. She leaves behind her husband, Dick, two daughters, Lynda Standley of Dallas and Jan Polk and her husband Eddie of Stillwater, and two grandchildren, Julie and Kyle Polk. She was a much loved wife, mother, and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her. Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 25, 1996 at the Baptist Temple Church.
