Carl Allen Rushing was born December 3, 1964, in Pine Bluff to Margie Sipes Rushing and A.B. "Buddy" Rushing, Jr.
He was a 1983 graduate of Watson Chapel High School, and received his Associate's Degree from ITT Tech. He was a manager for Allied Security.
Carl loved keeping the family together, whether he was fishing, camping, having a cookout, or going on trips to Branson. He especially loved playing with his grandbaby. He loved Christmas and decorating for the holidays and enjoyed spending time outdoors doing yard work.
Carl passed away on Monday, June 19, 2023, at the age of 58, and was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Donald Rushing.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Rushing; two sons, Zachary Rushing and wife, Britney and Kenneth Reed and fiance', Becca Rodriguez; two brothers, Jimmy Rushing and Timothy Rushing, Sr; one sister, Debra Harris and husband, Mike; one grandson, Blake Rushing (aka Nugget); and a number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
Services will be held at Hale South Funeral Home of Pine Bluff on June 24, 2023 @ 2:00 p.m.
Burial will follow at Rowell Cemetery, Hwy 63 South at Rowell, Cleveland County.
