Forest Grove - Final rites for Henry VanDyke, 72, of Forest Grove route 2, who died April 13, were held at the Visitation church at Verboort Monday. Interment was held in Verboort cemetery. Father Jonas officiated.
VanDyke was born at De Pere, Wis., January 8, 1872. He was a farmer by occupation. Surviving are his widow, Adalaide; daughter Helen, Forest Grove; sons, Frank, Santa Maria Cal., Lawrence, Newberg, Harold, Forest Grove; sisters, Mrs. William Verboort, Mrs. William Vandervelden, Mrs. Albert Jansen, all of Forest Grove; brother John VanDyke, Foresst Grove.
