Robert Thomas Jones ""Bob"" entered into rest October 2, 2004 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 85.

He was born March 12, 1919 in Cheshire, CT to the late Martin Ernest Jones and Julia Elizabeth (Thomas) Jones. Bob was a veteran of the Army Air Corps during World War II 1943-1945; graduate of Syracuse University; former member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Denver; current member of Christ Lutheran Church in San Antonio, TX; former Vice President of Personnel with Stearns-Roger Engineering; active member of Denver County Republican Party. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Elizabeth Conway. Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Nancy Brice Jones; daughter, S. Martina B. Longoria and husband Johnny Jr. of Houston, TX; granddaughter, Hannah Brice Longoria; sisters: Elinor Chalfant, Marjorie Hammer; and sister-in-law, Col. Betty Brice, US Army, (Ret).
