Funeral for Robert D. Adair, who lived at 5724 NE Ainsworth St., will be Monday at 11 a.m. in Caldwell's Colonial Mortuary.
He died Thursday at his home of a heart condition. He was 56.
Adair was a retired Portland policeman who served on the force for 25 years. He was a native of Prescott, Wash., and had lived in Portland 52 years.
He was a veteran of World War II and was a member of the Lower Columbia River Peace Officers Association.
Surviving are his wife, Marsadies; one brother, Lyle D. Adair, Salem and two sisters, Margaret A. Green, Portland and Helen L. Johnson, Arleta, Calif. Internment will be in Willamette National Cemetery.
