Her marriage certificate states that her parents were John Thomas Gibbs and Mary Jane Murley.

Abby's death certificate states she was 44 years old, and had been in the U.S. for 6 years.

Abby clearly signed her own name "Abby" on her marriage certificate. However, her gravestone is inscribed "Abbie".
