Mrs. Marcella M. (Barnett) Wickham, widow of Oscar H. Wickham and residing with her sister, Mrs. William R. Keith, 222 Lexington avenue, died at the Mercy hospital at 1:50 o'clock yesterday morning after a short illness. She was born in Saltillo, Pa., February 14, 1869, a daughter of Joseph and Anna (Cowan) Barnett.
She was a life long member of the Baptist church of Saltillo and is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mary J. Halwe, St. Louis and Mrs. Hypatia Himes, Pittsburg; a brother, David Barnett, Mount Union, three sisters, Mrs. W. J. Ruppert and Mrs. William R. Keith, both of Altoona, and Mrs. Ettie Franks, Baltimore. She is also survived by five grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Axe funeral home after noon today.
WICKHAM – Funeral services for Mrs. Marcella M. (Barnett) Wickham, 222 Lexington avenue, will be held from the Axe Funeral Home Sunday at 2 p. m. in charge of the Rev. W. S. Long. Interment in Greenwood cemetery. Friends will be received at the Axe Funeral Home after noon today.
