He graduated from Madera High School in 1951.
He served on active duty with the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, and was honorably discharged on December 15, 1955.
He was the owner of Record Searching Bureau in Fresno, and lived in California for over 70 years. He spent over 40 years of service assisting others to recover from alcohol addiction.
Francis was preceded in death by his parents, Grady and Violette Allen; one brother, Buddie Marshall Allen, and one niece, Linda Diane Bentley.
He is survived by a brother, Grady Allen and sister-in-law Nola of Oakhurst; aunt, Alta Morgen of Chowchilla; and three nieces, Patricia Licon of Fresno, Leslie of Montana, and Judy of Bakersfield, and numerous cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held at Alano Club, 1350 N. 11th Street in Fresno, California on Saturday, May 5, 2007, at 2:00 p.m.
