Teresa Marie Livesay Herrmann, age 76, of Peoria, passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home.
Born December 8, 1946, in Pontiac, IL, a daughter to W. Jerome and Genevieve (Monahan) Kiley. She was raised and educated in Cullom, IL graduating with the class of 1964. Teresa first married Richard Livesay. He preceded her in death on November 12, 2009. On July 19, 2014, she married James Herrmann, he survives. Teresa was a devout woman of faith and a member of St. Jude Catholic Church.
Survivors include three children: William Livesay of Dunlap, Kevin (Heather) Livesay of Long Grove, IL, and Jennifer (Mick) Donarski of Peoria Heights.
Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, first husband Rich, and two brothers.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Entombment of ashes will follow in Resurrection Mausoleum.
