JAMES TUCKER, 87, of 1585 York, retired division manager of the old Bradstreet Company, now a part of Dun & Bradstreet, Inc., died at 12:15 p.m.. yesterday at Resthaven Nursing Home. Cosmopolitan Funeral Home has charge. He was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Mary Tucker; a daughter, Mrs. John G.
