A Rosary was recited and a Mass followed on 8 June 2023 at St. Hyacinth Catholic Church in Amarillo, TX. with Father Guadalupe Mayorga as celebrant. Mass followed and internent at Dumas Cemetery under the direction of Beeson-Morrison Funeral Directors.
Roulen was born to Guadalupe Garcia and Dementria Bueno. He married Mary Valverde in 1973. He worked for Diamond Shamrock for 26 years until his retirement. He was involved with several organizations throughout the community such as Cursillos de Amarillo, Hispanic lions Club, Lulac Hispanic Org., KDDD radio Station. He was also a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church and Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
In his spare time, he enjoyed vacations, baseball and running races with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and Yolanda, Primo, Guadalupe, Celso, and Olga. He is survived by his wife; 4- children; grandchildren.
