She is survived by her children, Melinda Guillory and George Fontenot, Jr.; grandchildren, Chad Rester, Brendan Rester and wife, Monique, and Bailey Fontenot; great grandchildren, Jordyn, Caleb, Brodie, and Huck; siblings, Mary Jane Guillory, Clifford Trahan, Bonnie Sluder, Diane Duplantis, and Katy Sonnier; a host of nieces. nephews, family, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Avery and Rita Trahan; siblings, John Trahan and Nolan Trahan.
A private graveside service will be held at Dry Creek Cemetery under the direction of Reed - Riley Smith & Son's Funeral Home.
