Charles Rysedorph, 51, died Wednesday at Rutland Hospital after a long illness. He was born February 20, 1928, in Troy, NY son of James and Sarah (Barnum) Rysedorph Until recently Mr. Rysedorph resided in the Waterford, NY area coming to Vermont two months ago. He had been employed by the Bendix Corp. He was a Korean veteran and a member of the Green Island, NY American Legion Post. Survivors include his wife Kathleen Rysedorph and two daughters Sarah and Megan Rysedorph all of Fair Haven; three brothers James Rysedorph of Loudonville, NY, George Rysedorph of Green Island and Raymond Rysedorph of Troy; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 am at St. Mary's Church in Fair Haven. Burial will be in the church cemetery. (Rutland Daily Herald, September 6, 1979)
