Callie Williams was the daughter of Flavvel Walker Vivion and Eva Marie Russell Vivion. She was born in Lemar, Missouri. On 27 Dec 1891 she married Fred Williams in West Plains, Missouri. After their marriage they moved to Harmon County, Oklahoma, and then to Eldorado, Oklahoma in 1902. She and Fred Williams had seven children. She died in Altus, Oklahoma.
