Khalil affectionately known as "Rae", "Digga", "Quawn" and/or "Lil L", was born Fri., Sept. 10, 1999 at Beebe Hospital in Lewes, DE to Lytain Jerry Dukes and Cassandra Ly'Tisha Harris (Cannon).

He attended Caesar Rodney High School in 2018. He loved to live life to the fullest. He was a talented musician, loved to sing, play the keyboard, detail cars and DJ.

He is predeceased by his grandmothers, Alice M. Martin (2001), Cora Short (2011), Alfreda W. L. Scott (2018); his stepsister, Jasmine Harris (2023); his aunt, Chrystlyn D. Farlow (2022); his Godmother, Adaline Diaz (2022) and his grandfather, Norman L. Cannon (2020).

He is survived by his mother, Cassandra L. Harris (Jarrett) of Marietta; his father, Lytain J. Dukes (Alisa) of Seaford; his sisters, Ja'Niyah V. Dukes of Marietta, Sisi Deshield of Seaford; Alicia Zator (Matthew) of Bridgeville; Yoshyka Jones (Richard) of Virginia; Cynthia Reed of Felton; his brothers, Jarrett E. Harris, Jr. of Marietta; Antonio Reed of Frederica; Frank Diaz, Jr. of Virginia; his Godfather, Frank Diaz, Sr. of Frederica, his grandmother, Gloria Fields of Smyrna; his grandfathers, Jerry Ford of Patterson and Elder James Short of Millsboro as well as a multitude of relatives, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
