Beulah Cantrell Lumpkin Helton, age 89 went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 surrounded by her loved ones at home.

Beulah retired from Fort Sanders Hospital. Her passion in life was God, family and caring for others. Before her illness and Alzheimers took her freedoms away, anyone, anytime, day or night could call and she was there with whatever was needed of her. She was a prayer warrior who spent every day praying for her loved ones. She loved flowers, baking and most of all, being with her family. She will be greatly missed till we meet again in Heaven.

Preceded in death by: parents, Robert & Anna Cantrell; siblings, Robert Kee, Roy Delmon, Alva Dean Cantrell, Belva Cantrell, Bernice Weeks, Bobbie Johnson, and Delores Giles.

She is survived by: her loving and faithful husband, Elmer Helton; daughters, Phyllis Paulette Joyner (Jim), Joan Ownby, Angie Meyer (Marshall); son, Rick Helton; grandson, Eddie Manis (Becky); granddaughters, Sierra Meyer, Connie Gilland; sister, Deanna Flynn; brother, James Cantrell; many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and life long friend Patty Sue Shelton.

Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM with Pastors James Braum and John Gallager officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Grandview Cemetery.
