Al was a WWII veteran, as well as a Kentucky Colonel. He was a resident of Elizabethtown for 52 years. His career included various sales management positions and ownership of Al DuVal Lincoln Mercury Dealership.
He was preceded in death by his father Alexander DuVal and mother Antinette Chorect DuVal, three brothers Edward, Thomas and Richard DuVal, first wife Nadine Blanton DuVal, an infant daughter Alice Ann and a grandson Ryan Trombley.
He is survived by three daughters Joyce (Michael) Brooks, Brenda DuVal and Teresa DuVal, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
The family request that memorial donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in lieu of flowers.
