Hazel married Omer Nelson twice, once in 1976 and again in 1993.

Mrs. Hazel Minnie Nelson, age 74 of Riverside, Ohio passed away Thursday, October 21, 2004.

Hazel was born in Oakdale, TN, February 21, 1930,to Bill & Donnie Robbins Coffey, she was formerly employed at McCalls and preceded in death by her first husband, Henry C. Kelly.

Survived by her beloved husband, Omer; daughters, Shirley Johnson, Mildred VanFossen and Barbara Boggs; son, William Kelly; step-children, Glen Nelson, Judy Mahaffey, Harold, Mike and Penny Nelson; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Ethel Hines and numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral service was held 1:30 P.M. Monday at the George C. Martin Funeral Home, "Northridge Chapel", 5040 Frederick Pk. at Needmore Rd. Pastor Thomas Bowman officiating.

Interment Memorial Park Cemetery.
